Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate interior design projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Track project progress, address delays, and implement solutions.
Support the design team with presentations, proposals, and material selections.
Organize site visits, meetings, and inspections as required.
Requirements
Diploma / Dgree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in interior design or construction.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
