Roles & Responsibilities
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio
- Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships
- Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals (rates, T&Cs, requirements)
- Participate in tenders and prepare all necessary documentation
- Review and assess customer contracts with special terms and conditions
- Liaise between operations and commercial teams to ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms
- Support digital initiatives and transformation projects
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities
- Assist Credit Control in following up overdue payments
- Prepare monthly reports (VFO, Unit Losses, Conversion Report, P21)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
🎓 Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field4–5 years of work experience in service sales or contract management (experience in lift & escalator industry preferred)Experience as Quantity Surveyor would be an advantageStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsEA Personnel Name : Elsa Adam
