Job Description & Requirements
- Monitor patient’s response to treatment / care and report changes in patient’s condition to relevant health-care team.
- To maintain effective communication with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure that appropriate information is shared and patient needs are met.
- To ensure current trends in nursing practice is maintained through attendance of regular seminars and professional affiliation.
- Participates in action plan for the unit to enhance employee engagement and maximize employee performance.
- To demonstrate competency in nursing core skills as per attached Core Skill Assessment.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager.
