Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.
  • Handle full-cycle import / export logistics, ensuring all deliveries meet deadlines and standards.
  • Coordinate closely with global agents to facilitate international shipments and documentation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure operational flow.
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and verify documentation for compliance and invoicing.

Requirements :

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years' experience in freight or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with international shipping protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data management platforms.
