Responsibilities
- Liaise with Client, Consultant and project team for the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
- Leading monthly meetings.
- Ensure on-site work comply with the local authority requirements.
- Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and quotation.
- Prepare weekly work schedules.
- Oversee and hold overall responsibility for works carried out by junior supervisors assigned under his / her care.
- Ensure that all aspects met the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.
- Provide timely design progress reporting to management.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in ACMV Design workKnowledge of Cleanroom System Design and Room Heat Load CalculationAbility to create proposal design documentsProficient in conducting fieldwork measurements to comprehend the site environmentConversant with local codes and regulations for ACMVGood analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsEfficient, analytical skills and able to design work independentlyBenefits
Working hour : 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm (5 days' work week)
