Roles & Responsibilities

I’m supporting an elite preschool in Singapore in their search for a Preschool Principal to lead the school through an exciting rebranding and growth phase. The role will begin as a dual appointment—providing leadership while also teaching a class until enrolment reaches target levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with ECDA, SPARK & regulatory standards.
• Champion curriculum innovation with inquiry-based, Positive Education, and project-based learning.
• Build strong parent relationships and represent the preschool in the community.
• Oversee operations, enrolment, and financial planning with management support
