Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

• To do related part check daily
• To do TD interest Rate Confirmation Slip daily
• Prepare Vulnerable Client Assessment form and to send it to client by email or by courier
• Prepare IRAQ form and to send it to client by email or by courier
• Prepare W8BEN / W8BEN-E and to send it to client by email or by courier
• Prepare Accredited Investor form and to send it to client by email or by courier
• DHL arrangement
• Prepare DHL weekly payment form, to be submitted to finance
• Print account opening forms
• Assist ARM to take care Fixed Deposit renewal and withdrawal schedule (put the schedule into RM & ARM email calendar)
• Prepare flexcube Fixed deposit form & outward remittance instruction
• Take meeting attendance list
• Other MIS report
• Key in Avaloq (including trade, client info update, etc.)
