Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Ensure reliability, usability, and compliance of electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance, replacements, and sub-station shutdowns.
• Conduct root cause analysis, recommend improvements, and drive energy efficiency.
• Develop and review SOPs, risk assessments, and maintenance strategies for cost optimization.
• Supervise contractors, manage budgets, monitor project milestones, and review vendor performance.
• Liaise with HQ technical teams and provide technical support for troubleshooting and projects.
