Senior QA Engineer - EAST LIGHT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF JOB

Working closely with the Head of Department, the successful candidate will collaborate with WEO manufacturing sites to ensure the smooth implementation of the corporate quality strategy and the effective execution of tactical action plans.

The individual shall lead the QA / QC activities, monitor QA performance metrics and ensure timely and effective counter measures are implemented to address negative trends.

Candidates with high aptitude will be fast tracked for the position and responsibilities of Principal Engineer / Assistant Manager.

JOB DUTIES

Department KPI

• Participate in the planning and execution of Corporate QA strategy supporting Business requirements
• Lead improvement projects to sustain the vitality of the QEMS & ESG Sustainability Initiative
• Track, monitor and report QA performance metrics
• Partner and drive quality improvement with cross department functions to apply timely and effective counter measures to address negative trends
