Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy and Vision :
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with national priorities and public service goals.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance public sector digital services.
• Public Needs and Policy Understanding :
• Gather insights from citizens, businesses, and government agencies to inform product development.
• Understand and incorporate relevant policies, regulations, and national digital strategies into product planning.
• Cross-Agency Collaboration :
• Partner with various government agencies and departments to ensure product requirements are well-understood and meet the needs of stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects.
• Product Development and Implementation :
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on public sector goals and citizen needs.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through launch and monitor post-launch enhancements and optimizations.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
• Set clear metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and public impact.
• Ensure transparency and accountability by reporting on product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Leadership and Public Service Values :
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and project teams, promoting public service values.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team oriented towards public service excellence.
