About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with strong background in the Banking Field. You will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, account management, and solution-based selling. This is a client-facing role requiring both sales expertise and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
l Prospecting & Lead Generation : identify potential customers, qualify leads, and spark interest in our software and cloud solutions.
l Technical Expertise : With your in - understand our software and its applications thoroughly. Comprehend customer needs and translate them into precise technical requirements.
l Proposal Development : Draw on your Singapore banking experience to collaborate with presales and technical teams. Create comprehensive proposals that effectively address customer challenges and spotlight the benefits of our solutions.
l Negotiation & Closing : Leverage your insights from Singapore bank deals. Actively engage in sales meetings, negotiate contracts, and drive closures to meet sales targets.
l Relationship Building : Utilize your established network in Singapore's banking industry to cultivate strong relationships with potential customers, banking clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
l Banking Project Focus : Apply your Singaporean bank project experience to manage sales activities in banking and financial services projects . Ensure strict alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
l Market Research : Rely on your Singapore - based banking knowledge to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and changing customer needs, especially in the banking technology space. Use this information to refine sales strategies.
l Reporting & Analysis : Based on your experience in Singaporean bank sales analytics, track sales activities, analyze results, and offer actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience inIT / software or technical sales, with at least 2–3 years of banking project experience.
Proven track record in identifying customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Understanding software development methodologies, enterprise IT solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple accounts concurrently.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Proficient in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese teams.
Have experience in large-scale digital banking transformation projects.
Possess a well-established customer network in the banking and financial services industry in the Asia-Pacific region.
