What the role is
You will be part of a team to manage the purchasing and / or revenue contracting processes for SFA under the various operating procurement / revenue contracting domains to support the achievement of SFA’s mission and desired outcomes.
What you will be working on
Duties
- Assist / lead in the operations of the procurement function to ensure timely and effective procurement of goods and services and effective management of contracts.
- Assist / lead in managing the revenue contracting procedures function.
- Assist in the review of procurement policies, processes, SOPs and development of appropriate procurement strategies for the organisation.
- Provide guidance and advise to users on how to craft specifications and review submissions for both procurement and / or revenue contracting matters.
- Conduct training on procurement and attend to suppliers’ and users’ queries on procurement and revenue contracting matters.
- Assist in digitalisation and perform data analytics on data.
What we are looking for
Requirements
Degree holder, preferably in Business, Procurement or Finance related disciplines.Prior working procurement and / or revenue contracting experience in the public sector would be an advantage.Preferably at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.An independent team player with a positive work attitude.Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous with attention to details.Work Location
