Account Manager (Enterprise)
Job Description & Requirements
- Proactively drive new opportunities from new clients in different segments.
- Generate and close new business also maintain warm relationships with assigned accounts and new account acquisition.
- Proper qualification of leads and able to provide accurate reports on opportunities.
- Conduct market research into accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Able to sell and upsell Cloud Kinetics’s Cloud and Modernization Solutions and value proposition to both new and existing customers. Acquired understanding of market segmentation, develop, and execute Go-To-Market strategy for assigned accounts.
- Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology and generate up sell and cross sell opportunities.
- Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the point of contact for customers and vendors.
- Always maintain good customer and partner relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by managing individual sales activity.
- Accurately track and generate timely sales reports for presentation to management.
- Domain Knowledge Required : Cloud( AWS / Azure / GCP), Data Platforms, ITSM (Servicenow / JIRA / BMC / OpenText), App Dev, DevOps, AI / GenAI
