Position Summary / Project Description
Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems within healthcare organisations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the EMR systems meet the needs of healthcare providers and improve patient care.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and optimisation of EMR systems
- Gather and analyse user requirements to enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct testing and validation of new features and updates in the EMR system.
- Develop user documentation and training materials for staf
- Provide support and troubleshooting for EMR-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
