Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell mobile products, services, and accessories to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct face-to-face and field sales to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions clearly to customers.
  • Ensure proper customer follow-up and after-sales support for better retention and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and reports in MS Office tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible to maximize revenue.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as set by the management.

Requirements

  • Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Sales / Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in field / ground sales (preferably in mobile, telecom, or retail sales industry).
  • Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for sales reporting and documentation.
  • Must be flexible to work long hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • strong talent in creating and promoting advertisements on social media platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle customer objections professionally.
  • Willingness to travel locally for sales visits, customer meetings, or promotional events if required.
