Roles & Responsibilities
HR cum Administrator
Working Hours : 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Location : New Industrial Road
Basic Salary : $2,400 – $2,800
Responsibilities :
- Handle HR management functions including record keeping, compliance, recruitment support, work pass application / renewal / cancellation, onboarding and orientation, payroll and benefits administration, HR documentation, training coordination, and HR systems management.
- Manage company insurance matters including renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.
- Provide administrative support and assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Executive.
Requirements :
GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in HR Management or related field.1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or related industries.Basic knowledge of MOM applications, CPF contribution, and employment regulations in Singapore.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).✅Interested personnel kindly send your CV to WhatsApp : https : / / wa.me / 65 88567364(Ethan)
