Role Overview :
As an IAM Engineer (Development Lead), you will lead the design, build, and implementation of IAM systems, ensuring they meet organizational objectives while addressing evolving cybersecurity threats.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and execution of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) / Proof-of-Value (PoV) initiatives for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing IAM architecture to address cybersecurity risks related to identity, access, and entitlements.
- Align IAM strategies with business objectives and IT requirements, ensuring they reflect the organization’s risk tolerance and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain integrated IAM operating models and technical documentation to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in IAM, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders on cybersecurity engineering and governance initiatives.
- Oversee IAM project delivery by leading virtual and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven 5+ years’ experience in designing and implementing IAM security solutions.Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts in various environments (on-premises and cloud).Proficient in IAM standards and protocols and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).Scripting and programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShel.Strong in implementation (end to end exp) with a good knowledge on coding and development skills and Ping Federate / Ping OneFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD tools.Experience with IAM solutions in cloud environments.Ability to produce detailed design documents and provide regular updates.Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH) and IAM-related certifications (e.g. SailPoint, CyberArk) are desirable.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.Experience consulting with stakeholders on project design and progress.Interested candidates may apply through the application system or send it to sg-rscontracting@morganmckinley.com.
