We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion for our premium Cordyceps product line in Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence.
- Manage and build distribution channels — TCM halls, pharmacies, health food stores, wellness centers, and e-commerce.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and KOLs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and provide business insights.
- Train partners on HEC product knowledge and brand story.
Requirements
Min. 5 years’ sales experience in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, or traditional tonics (e.g. bird’s nest, ginseng, cordyceps).Strong network within TCM or premium supplement channels in Singapore / Malaysia.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluent in English ; Mandarin proficiency preferred to speak with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.Independent, motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.(Bonus) Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences; passion for natural wellness.What We Offer
