Responsibilities
- To achieve VONB and persistency targets
- Follow up and achieve due premium targets
- Ensure agreed service levels are achieved
- Ensure renewal invitation issued to customers 6 weeks prior to expiry date
- Ensure customer enquiry andplaints responded within : 24 hours for verbal & email / 48 hours for written.
- Foster positive relationships with assigned client
- Conduct benefit review and provide rmendations for enhancements to customers
- To conduct or to assist in clientmunication sessions
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports
- Consistently upsell and cross sell AIAs various line of business
Requirements :
