RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers in enquires.
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
- Assume full P&L responsibilities for all aspects of the restaurant operations to achieve sales performance,
bottom line and strategic objectives.
Plan promotional and brand management activities.Researching and identifying growth opportunities.Oversee overall manpower planning and ensure adequate manpower deployment.Ensure good inventory and order management.Ad-hoc duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2 Year(s) of experience within the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of experience of leadershipcapabilities.
Bilingual.Strong Sales and Customer Service orientation.Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage all functions.Team Player with strong leadership qualities.Willing to learn and take on new challenges.Tell employers what skills you have
