Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development : Construct and update 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines.
- Coordination & Clash Detection : Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts and design clashes between different disciplines.
- Documentation : Generate technical drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables required for construction and submission.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain the integrity and quality of the BIM models, ensuring compliance with project standards and regulations.
- Collaboration : Work with project stakeholders, engineers, and other teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information exchange.
- Reporting : Conduct model reviews and generate reports to facilitate project coordination and decision-making.
- Data Management : Plan, manage, and maintain BIM data in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.Software Proficiency : High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.BIM Experience : Extensive hands-on experience with BIM modeling and implementation, often with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or HDB projects.Technical Knowledge : Understanding of construction documents, industry standards, and relevant BCA (Building and Construction Authority) regulations .Soft Skills : Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Tell employers what skills you have
