Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 20 years of local / overseas construction experience in large scale civil projects (Bridges, Tunnelling, Deep Excavation, Piling). Education : Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a PEB-recognized institution. At least 8 years as a Project Director with proven track record in full cycle delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the successful delivery of major construction projects exceeding $1B in contract value.
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
- Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership.
- Actively participate in tendering and business development for future project pipelines.
