Roles & Responsibilities

• Take orders, communicate with customers in regarding orders, enquiry and payment
• Issue quotations, delivery order and invoices
• Coordinate and liaise with relate parties to fulfil customers' requirements
• Data entry and document filing
• Support teamwork and ensure good practices are followed
• Any other ad-hoc admin support as required by supervisor / superior
