Location :  Shuttle pickup from Kovan, Serangoon, Woodlands

Contract Duration :  3 months

Working Hours (Monday – Friday) :

9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM

10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

11 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls for queries

Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up

Deliver consistent customer service in line with government project standards
