Overview
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities :
Strictly follow and implement the Department Readiness Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring all aspects of department preparation and maintenance are consistently met according to established guidelines
Assist with registration, screening, escalations, cashiering, and inquiries
Follow Managing Consultation SOP
Handle pre / post-appointment and procedure information
Attend to appointment requests, emails, and phone inquiries
Participate in quality improvement projects
