Roles & Responsibilities

• ob Description
• Supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations
• Manage the drawing submission schedules based on the planned work progress
• Coordinate and review all design matters with main contractor, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
• Manage and control design deliverables related to BIM, technical, contractual and cost issues
• Review shop drawings to check to meet all design requirments
• Plan and Manage Work progress scheduling, etc.
• Job Requirement
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Degree / Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects
• Building experience will be beneficial
• Relevant experience in construction company
• Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
