Full Set Accounts Executive | Bedok | Up to 3,500 + Bonus

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Min. 2 years of hands-on experience in full set accounts.
• Any experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana will be advantageous

Job Scopes

• Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month-end closing
• Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast
• Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions
• Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries

Prepare balance sheet schedules : Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations of inter-company transactions and balances & etc

Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation

• Review and submit quarterly GST e-submission and assist in ECI and Form C e-submission
• Assist in monthly financial and management reports
• Assist in and handling year-end statutory audits
• Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist in process improvements and system enhancements
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
