Roles & Responsibilities

Permanent, Yishun, 5 days (9am-6pm)

Job scope

  • Focus on building drawings, blueprints, and specifications .
  • Oversee and coordinate architectural works on-site.
  • Review and check drawings against codes and standards.
  • Ensure work done complies with building code standard, building safety rule and client need.
  • Work with architects, consultants, contractor to solve issues.

Requirement

  • Diploma in project management, architecture or related field.
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
  • Skills in AutoCAD / Revit.
  • Min 1 year experience in project coordination / management

    • Work location : Yishun
