Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including coordination with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, initial resume screening, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment databases and reports
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in career fairs and recruitment events, including liaising with educational institutions such as schools, polytechnics, and universities
  • Handle the application and issuance of work passes for foreign employees
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and coordinate the onboarding process
  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions
  • Maintain and update records for new joiners and staff resignations
  • Provide support for various HR functions, including updating leave records, maintaining personnel files, payroll processing, and related documentation
  • Manage clearance procedures for departing employees
  • Compile and verify employees’ attendance, timesheets, and overtime records
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events as needed
  • Support the administration of staff medical benefits
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations
  • Prepare and generate reports for management
  • Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR-related roles
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a positive work attitude and commitment to delivering tasks efficiently in alignment with company goals
