Working Hours During school term, Mondays to Fridays : 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break During school holiday, Mondays to Fridays : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays Requirement Nitec and its equivalent or above Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in office administration. Prior working experience in a school environment is an advantage. Good communication and inter-personal skills Good team player with a high level of initiative Good customer service skills Able to attend to and handle children (7-12 years old) coming to General Office for assistance. Proficient in MS Office systems such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Duty To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages responds to enquiries, and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous). Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes. To call parents / staff / students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events. Assist Goods / Services Receipt Officer (GRO) with goods handling , collect ad-hoc bus Work Orders, collection of forms (eg. class photos etc) and issuing of items when requested by school. Disseminate incoming mails, letters, documents and messages to teachers & staff promptly. Always maintaining tidiness of the reception area To support any other general admin duties as and when required. To support the school in administrative matters when the need arises. #J-18808-Ljbffr
