• Design and plan for system replacements and upgrades
• Draft and provide specifications for new system implementations, system replacements or enhancements
• Support operations and maintenance activities, such as coordinating resources and planning schedule for preventive / corrective maintenance; as well as managing various stakeholders (including vendor) to fulfil business SLA
• Ensure system compliance to cybersecurity requirements, such as performing periodic software patches / updates, and user access and logs review
• Support various audit activities, such as reviewing and preparing ISMS documentation and participating in actual audits
• Test and commission new system implementations and changes
• Improve current system processes for efficiency and optimization purposes
• Review operation / maintenance documentation and SOPs
• Perform change management; and support annual BC / DR exercise and vulnerability assessment (VA) exercise
