Roles & Responsibilities

Finance Manager leads accounting, audits, tax, budgeting, and team oversight in a healthcare firm; ensures compliance and reporting.

• Oversee the financial accounting functions including billings, fixed assets, accounts payables, general ledger and reconciliations
• Ensure timely month end closing and preparation of monthly management reports to Management / Board of directors
• Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits and preparation of audited financial statements
• Ensure tax filing compliance for GST and corporate tax
• Lead HODs and team to ensure annual budgeting plan / processes are implemented and successfully formulated aligning to corporate strategic plan
• Regular costing review
• Liaise closely with various business units to streamline work processes
• Ongoing reviews and updates to policies and procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Supervisory Responsibility - Supervise 2 finance executives
• Other Duties - Provide support relating to the agreements / contracts with service providers / vendors
