Roles & Responsibilities
Finance Manager leads accounting, audits, tax, budgeting, and team oversight in a healthcare firm; ensures compliance and reporting.
- Oversee the financial accounting functions including billings, fixed assets, accounts payables, general ledger and reconciliations
- Ensure timely month end closing and preparation of monthly management reports to Management / Board of directors
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits and preparation of audited financial statements
- Ensure tax filing compliance for GST and corporate tax
- Lead HODs and team to ensure annual budgeting plan / processes are implemented and successfully formulated aligning to corporate strategic plan
- Regular costing review
- Liaise closely with various business units to streamline work processes
- Ongoing reviews and updates to policies and procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Supervisory Responsibility - Supervise 2 finance executives
- Other Duties - Provide support relating to the agreements / contracts with service providers / vendors
