Roles & Responsibilities

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead mobile software development for iOS and Android platforms.
Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers across both platforms.
Review product requirements and break down functional specifications into technical tasks.
Design project architecture and define development best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in performance, UI / UX, and system integration.
Monitor project timelines and track real-time development progress to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI / UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure end-to-end product quality.

✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of mobile app development experience , with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role .

Proficient in native development for both iOS (Swift / Obj-C) and Android (Kotlin / Java) .

Strong understanding of app architecture (MVVM, MVI), CI / CD, and App Store / Google Play release workflows.

Experience in project / task management, agile sprints, and cross-team collaboration.

Ability to mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
