Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&L Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance / advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs Support client pitches and transition work Execute initiatives & programmes as directed You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services A Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills High in integrity Strong client focus and able to maintain a high level of service delivery Experience in MCST environment and well-verse in statute (BMSMA) Location : Remote -SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
