$2,600 – $3,800 + Variable Bonus

Working Hours

Monday to Friday : Office hour

Saturday : half day

Location

West area

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries via phone / email

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source products when required

Work with warehouse team to manage deliveries and product returns

Maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service excellence

Handle general sales administrative tasks to support daily operations

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Familiar with online sourcing platforms (e.g. regional e-commerce / wholesale portals)

Background in electrical / marine industry is an advantage
