Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions.
• Support the design and development of solutions, contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to discuss solutions.

Requirements :

1. Understanding of Kafka and event driven architecture

2. Experienced in legacy system migration and / or been main PIC for CRs

3. Drove client-facing workshops

4. Ability to analyse and break down complex problems.

5. Formulate solution / response using information gathered.

6. Ability to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Ability to write clear and concise technical and functional documentation.

9. Basic understanding on SDLC.
