Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in sales / customer service / consultancy
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Able to explain services clearly and handle client objections professionally
• Good command of English & Malay ;Mandarin-speaking is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• High initiative, motivated, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Able to work independently and manage multiple clients at once
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, online forms)
• Candidates with CEI (KAH/Basic) certification will have an added advantage
• Training will be provided for candidates without EA industry experience
• Able to commence work after the Chinese New Year period
