Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the division, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Develop and manage the division’s budget.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, establishing performance goals and conducting appraisals.
• Lead the development of innovative solutions and conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and clients.
• Serve as a spokesperson for their function and contribute to the company’s public image and communication strategies.
