Role Overview

The Business Development Executive / Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across multiple service divisions. This includes identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s client base and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in both home service and coaching sectors.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.

2. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential service expansions.
  • 3. Marketing & Branding

  • Coordinate marketing initiatives and digital campaigns to promote services and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce promotional content and materials.
  • 4. Partnership & Networking

  • Build and maintain partnerships with individuals, organisations, and corporate entities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.
  • 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare regular business development reports and sales forecasts for management.
  • Track performance metrics, customer feedback, and campaign results to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
