Junior Graphic Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about design and ready to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life? We’re looking for a Junior Creative Designer to join our team! If you’re a creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, and a flair for visual storytelling, this could be the perfect role for you.

Job Description :

1) Design posters, social media content, videos, visuals, and eDMs

2) Coordinate with outsourced printers for poster and banner printing

3) Work with the marketing team to enhance social media engagement

4) Design promotional materials for weekly and monthly Institute events

5) Develop social media content to promote Institute programs, ensuring compliance with partner university branding guidelines.

6) Assist in producing and editing short videos, including social media content, testimonials, and promotional

videos.

7) Create, edit, and compile holiday- or occasion-related videos after the event for social media posting.

8) Support the marketing team by translating designs and documents to improve communication with stakeholder

9) Collaborate with the IT team to conceptualize and design visual elements for a revamped company website,

including webpage banners, interactive elements, and promotional pop-ups.

Qualifications & Skills :

• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (experience with Premiere Pro or similar tools is a plus).
• A creative portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
