Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Serve as a point of contact for client communications and service delivery
- Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services / projects
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on enquiries
Finance & Admin Support
Handle monthly CPF submissions for employees.Assist with IRAS submissions , including :
Preparation and filing of Forms , ECI , and Withholding Tax (where applicable)
Compilation of financial data for corporate tax filings
Support in monthly / quarterly financial statement preparation for management and submissionLiaise with external accountants / auditors as neededMaintain proper documentation of expenses, invoices, and payment recordsAdditional Responsibilities
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claimsEnsure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, CPF Board)Support internal process improvements and documentationRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, admin, or finance-related rolesFamiliar with Singapore statutory requirements for CPF , IRAS , and ACRA submissionsProficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., Xero), and CPF / IRAS portalsStrong organisational and multitasking skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesTell employers what skills you have
