Job Description
Scope of work will deal with application of emulsifier for CAKE ProductsResponsible for the development of new food improvers, formulation and applicationOn-site trouble shooting at internal and external sitesAssist with queries related to food emulsifiersLiaise with colleagues and sales department to provide technical advice and R&D for food productsWork closely with Sales team to ensure that the products meet our clients' requirementsPropose and develop innovative concepts and prototypes based on trends / business requirementsRecord all methods, tasks and findings of assigned projectsEnsure new and existing products are following all legislationProvide samples as neededPrepare and bake cakes, rolls and pastryPerform basic baking comparison tests for emulsifiersDevelop new bakery recipes and conceptsDevelop new products for baking industryDesign, prepare and implement shelf-life testing for specific productsPresent new products to customersConduct live demonstration for bakery seminarsCarry out evaluation of productsProvide technical support for customersMaintain the standard of hygiene and safe working environmentRequirements
Food Technologist - at least 3 years working experience in R&D in flour milling,bakery, related ingredient industriesSenior Food Technologist - at least 5 years working experience in R&D in milling, bakery, related ingredient industriesDiploma or bachelor’s degree in food scienceAble to travel overseas for project✅Interested personnel kindly send your CV to WhatsApp : (Ethan)
