Process Engineer (System Integration)

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose : Strategic planning and develop cost effective & low risk manufacturing / assembly process steps / planning from raw material to completion including special processes through Product Quality Plan(PQP).

Key Area of Responsibilities :

• Transfer of Project, Technology, System from customer to VDL for New product development.
• Feasibility study for New Assembly.
• Identify the facilities / supplies required for the assembly.
• Define and establish Project Plan for Assembly to meet on time delivery.
• Resolve technical issues in assembly to ensure smooth production.
• Manage technical changes to fulfill customer requirement.
• Implement improvements to processes for cost effectiveness.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
