Job descriptionMinimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or aesthetic environment will be an advantage. Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days on weekdays). Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Clinic Assistant (Aesthetic Clinic)
Salary : $2,500 - $4,000
Working hour : 11pm to 6pm (5Days)
Location : Novena / Tanjong Pagar
Job description :
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic and treatment rooms.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
- Assist doctors and therapists during treatments when required.
- Manage stock inventory and replenish supplies when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with clinic hygiene and safety standards.
- (For sales-oriented candidates) Promote clinic treatments and products, provide consultation on available services, and follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits.
