Job descriptionProvide full spectrum of HR and administrative support. Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters and activities. Response to MOM related survey. Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion etc). Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy of employee information. Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. Assist in organise team building and other company events. Ensure proper filing of documents. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior. NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Human Resource Management. Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration. Candidate should have a good knowledge of employment laws.

- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
