Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong client relationships; lead clienteling initiatives.
• Drive sales, analyze trends, and propose growth strategies.
• Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards.
• Oversee store operations, compliance, and tailor services.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
