Roles & Responsibilities

Onboarding Specialist

For a leading company in the personnel services industry, we are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is integral to ensuring new employees have a seamless transition into their roles, supporting them through the initial stages of their employment. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to coordinate onboarding activities and provide essential information to new hires. This position offers the potential for takeover by the client, providing an opportunity for long-term career growth within the organization

What you will Do?

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees across various departments

Develop and implement onboarding materials and resources to support new hires

Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Provide guidance and support to new employees during their initial employment period

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs and suggest improvements

Your Skills

Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec of any relevant courses.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with new hires and team members

Experience in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
