Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

• Perform landscaping work
• Inspect and monitor the conditions of the landscape plantings to assess horticultural or environmental problems and take appropriate remedial action
• Prepare reports and cost estimates
• Advise and supervise grounds personnel (supervisors, local gardeners and foreign labourers) in erosion control, fertilisation, pruning, irrigation and application of pesticides to infested plants
• Identify pest and diseases, evaluate soil condition and take appropriate remedial action
• Ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment is available for assigned projects
• Ensure the operational safety and readiness of equipment
• May station at project sites
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
