Job descriptionBS / MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX / Linux based or windows environments. Experience in Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare, KVM or Microsoft Hyper-V Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box) knowledge of Linux : RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Amazon Linux, etc; Windows Server 2019 will be an advantange Experience with monitoring systems Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks ) is an added advantage Experience with automation software is an added advantage Experience with networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP / IP) is an added advantage

Job Description :
- Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure to be in line with SOP (standard operating procedure) in place.
- Defines customers’ needs and functionalities.
- Assists in the coordination of system related activities and evaluation of the implementation design.
- Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Collaborates and manages various stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues.
- Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies.
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for support where required.
- Provide system documentation and SOPs.
