Senior Project Engineer - KTC CIVIL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement, design submission and work progress supervision
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main / sub-contractors and / or authorities and / or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
• Assist Project Manager in Project Costing, monthly progress claims and monthly progress report
• Support Quantity Surveyor (QS) in verifying progress payments and claims
• Coordinating the hand-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
